    I'm currently teaching two online classes per week. Tuesday 7.15am - 8.15am Vinyasa Flow Wednesday 7.15pm - 8.15pm Yin Yang Yoga In these classes, you will work through the full body, build strength & create space. You will also learn to become aware of and control your inner dialogue.

    Fuerteventura is a hidden gem. Come & stay in an incredible house, enjoy some time in the sun, practice yoga twice a day & generally have a great time! Due to Covid restrictions, dates are preliminary and won't be confirmed until February. Dates: Once lockdown is over

The Visualisation Project


2020 has been one to remember. Along with its many challenges, it’s certainly given me some space and time to reflect.

As someone that has always gone with the ebbs and flows of life, this last year has made me want to live more intentionally. Along with wanting to focus on my goals, I’d like to push myself, learn, grow and have some fun along the way.

So I’ve started The Visualisation Project, which is simply me starting a daily visualization practice. At the start of 2021, I’m setting myself 10 goals. Some physical, some stretch goals that could possibly be out of my reach and some goals that are not fully within my control.

I’ll be the guinea pig, testing out the effectiveness of this scientifically validated technique on all different types of goals, and sharing everything I learn along the way.
